You will be entrusted with the full spectrum of program life: mentoring students to maintain an 80% success rate, guiding a dedicated faculty, ensuring CAAHEP/ABHES accreditation standards are not just met but exemplified, and managing a curriculum that prepares graduates to excel from day one. Your operating room experience is your foundation. Here, you will use it to: Build Excellence: Develop curriculum, lead instructors, and foster a culture of high standards and continuous improvement. Drive Success: Personally engage with students, implement strategies to achieve key outcomes, and steward a program that is both educationally sound and operationally effective. Uphold the Standard: As the steward of our accreditation, you will ensure our program remains a benchmark for quality, directly impacting the next generation of surgical technologists. You are the ideal candidate if you possess a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), hold an active CST credential, have at least three years of recent OR or teaching experience, and are driven by a mission to educate.
