Aspirus Urology Clinic in Wausau, WI is seeking a SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST/MEDICAL ASSISTANT to join our UROLOGY team! The Surgical Technologist / Medical Assistant assists in the delivery of health care to patients including maintenance of clinical record/documentation. Performs a wide variety of patient care activities, planning and organizing supplies for medical staff. The position requires the ability to make decisions consistent with clinic policies and the strict observance of confidentiality of patient information and will provide and coordinate outpatient care utilizing a team-based approach, to ensure patients have the full attention of a dedicated team of health care providers who work together to manage their care, while supporting diversity and cultural factors.
