We are seeking a Surgical Technologist Extern PRN for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. The Surgical Technologist Student is a Flex Part-Time role where enrolled students work 16 hours per week and have work/study experiences in Surgical Support areas including Sterile Processing, OR Equipment Techs, Transport, Surgical Reception, and more. During your Surgical Technology program, you will have opportunities to cross-train in various surgical support areas that will benefit your classroom learning and give you an advantage in your surgical core classes by having advanced knowledge that relates to your classes and certification.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Enrolled in an accredited Surgical Technologist program.

Responsibilities

• Work in Surgical Support areas including Sterile Processing, OR Equipment Techs, Transport, Surgical Reception, and more.
• Cross-train in various surgical support areas to enhance classroom learning.
• Provide high quality, efficient care to patients.
