Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Surgical Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in surgical operations, ensuring that the operating room is safe, sterile, and well-equipped. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures. - Assist surgeons and other medical staff during operations by providing necessary instruments and supplies. - Ensure all surgical instruments are accounted for before and after procedures. - Clean and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment according to established protocols. - Monitor patient vital signs and assist in patient positioning as needed. - Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety. - Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and inventory of supplies. Requirements - Certification as a Surgical Technician. - Knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment. - Basic life support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Required. - Requires regular and predictable attendance. Requirements
