About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Surgical Technologist to join our fast-paced, patient-focused ambulatory surgery center. The Surgical Technologist will assist surgeons and the perioperative team by preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile field, and ensuring safe, efficient surgical procedures.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
Current BLS certification
ASC or hospital OR experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment

Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms by setting up instruments, supplies, and equipment
Maintain sterile technique and ensure aseptic conditions throughout procedures
Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments efficiently
Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and draping
Perform surgical counts and ensure proper specimen handling
Clean and turnover rooms between cases in a timely manner
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, nursing, and sterile processing teams
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards (AAAHC, CMS, etc.)
