About The Position
2+ years experience. Level 1 trauma center with an average of 55-80 cases per day. MAIN OR - all types of cases seen in this OR - Ortho including total joints; Adults and peds; General surgery cases; Robotics; organ transplants (kidney); No eyes. Neonate & pediatric experience is preferred, as well as trauma experience. If a techs have neuro experience, they are willing to let them work neuro cases (see below) NEURO OR - Techs for the Neuro team must have strong neuro/ortho spine & craniotomy experience. Simple 1 level up to complex 10+ levels, spine tumors, neuro trauma & DBS procedures. NOTE: Must be able to do other Main OR cases when Neuro volume is low.
