About The Position
Overview Position: Surgical Tech Schedule/Shift: 0.9 FTE Schedule: Flex Schedule Hours: 0630 - 1900 Compensation Range: Surgical Tech I: $28.41 - $47.56/hour (Step Scale 1 - 20) Surgical Tech II: $30.10 - $50.40/hour (Step Scale 1 - 20) Surgical Tech III: $31.01 - $51.92/hour (Step Scale 1 - 20) + any applicable shift differential Join Our Growing Team at Good Shepherd Health Care System At Good Shepherd Health Care System, we put "Patients First. DEFINITION OF POSITION: Performs a variety of technical duties to assist the surgeon, patient and or team with surgical procedures.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school or Surgical Finish Technology Program
- Must possess a minimum of one year current operating room experience (student experience allowed)
- BLS
Nice To Haves
- Certification as Surgery Tech.
- Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred
- Ability to work with culturally diverse populations

- Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of Efficiency or composure
