Trinity Health is seeking a part-time Surgical Technologist to join our team. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with successful completion of a surgical technologist technical training program. Alternatively, candidates with eighteen months of scrub tech experience in an acute care operating room may substitute for the training program requirement. The role demands four years of acute surgical technologist experience, with three of those years including specialized experience in three or more specialty areas such as orthopedics, neurosurgery, or robotics. A current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is also required. While certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) is preferred, it is not mandatory.
