About The Position

Emplify Health by Gundersen Health System is seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a Surgical Supply Specialist! If you are proactive, enjoy working collaboratively, and are driven to support exceptional patient care, we would love to hear from you! Ensure the surgery department has the supplies and instrumentation needed for both routine and urgent patient care. Order, receive, stage, deliver, and stock surgical supplies, PAR rooms, and departmental storage areas Verify instrumentation is available and sterile, check case cart readiness, maintain accurate pick lists and preference cards, and assist clinical staff in locating supplies. Perform daily and weekly biological testing of flash sterilization equipment. Support vendor recalls, identify defective or expired products, and help maintain a safe environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare, inventory, or supply chain–related role required

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of sterile processing or medical supply experience handling surgical instrumentation is a plus!
