About The Position

As a Surgical Scrub Tech, you will play a critical role in supporting our surgical team by ensuring a sterile environment, preparing instruments and equipment, and assisting the surgeon during ophthalmic procedures. You’ll be responsible for anticipating the needs of the surgical team and maintaining a smooth workflow in the operating room.

Requirements

• Certification or prior scrub tech experience is required
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

• Ophthalmic surgery experience is a plus but not required
