We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Scheduler to provide exceptional care and support in our Concord office.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of medical office experience (Preferred)
• Familiarity with medical terminology (Required)
• Strong time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• High attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Excellent communication, computer, and telephone skills
• Pleasant attitude and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Schedule all in-patient and out-patient surgical procedures
• Coordinate diagnostic testing and external provider referrals
• Obtain pre-certifications and ensure all required paperwork is complete
• Educate patients on surgical procedures and expectations
• Provide referrals to outside sources
• Ensure professional and courteous communication in all interactions
