About The Position
The Surgical Scheduler at Baystate Health is responsible for managing complex schedules for a regional service line, coordinating appointments and case schedules with patients, providers, and various departments. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure efficient scheduling and optimal patient care. The Scheduler will oversee the provider staffing schedule, perform schedule audits, and provide education on schedule management.
