About The Position
The position is within the Neurosurgery department at Ascension St. Vincent's, located in St. Johns, Florida. The role is full-time, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The primary responsibility is to coordinate operating room schedules for surgeries, ensuring efficient use of resources and accommodating the needs of physicians and patients. This includes gathering necessary information from physician offices, assigning operating suites, and entering demographic and billing information into electronic medical records.
