The Surgical Robotics Coordinator provides leadership, coordination, and ongoing robotic program development to positively impact the growth and productivity of robotic service lines for St. Luke's Medical - Lufkin. This role involves collaborating with perioperative leadership to achieve and maintain Robotic Center of Excellence designation and to exceed performance targets for the robotic surgery program. The coordinator also supervises the technical aspects of the Robotic Surgery Program and works with interdisciplinary team members to provide education, resource support, and input on clinical assignments and performance evaluations, establishing standardized practice protocols to achieve performance targets.
