About The Position

Masters the use of c-arm fluoroscopy and the surgical procedures it is used for. Functions in all traditional duties of an Imaging Technologist - Utilizes radiographic techniques under the direction of the Physician, to obtain diagnostic/operative images for the surgical procedure.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED.
• graduate of accredited radiology program required.
• ARRT Licensure required within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers required within 90 days of hire
• Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly.
• Department specific competencies must be completed within the provisional period.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Imaging Technologist experience preferred.
• Student currently enrolled and in good standing in an accredited Radiology School.
• Completed a minimum of clinical experience within academic program.
