About The Position

Masters the use of c-arm fluoroscopy and the surgical procedures it is used for. Functions in all traditional duties of an Imaging Technologist - Utilizes radiographic techniques under the direction of the Physician, to obtain diagnostic/operative images for the surgical procedure.

Requirements

High School diploma/GED.
graduate of accredited radiology program required.
ARRT Licensure required within 1 year of hire.
BLS certification for Healthcare Providers required within 90 days of hire
Previous Imaging Technologist experience preferred.
Student currently enrolled and in good standing in an accredited Radiology School.
Completed a minimum of clinical experience within academic program.
Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly.
Department specific competencies must be completed within the provisional period.
