We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our best-in-class Hand and Reconstructive Surgery Department. This NP/PA will provide health care services under the direction of a board-certified Orthopaedic Surgeon. In this role, you will work closely with one of our leading Orthopaedic Hand Surgeons and the PA on his team, supporting a high-volume outpatient practice. You'll have opportunities to assist with in-office procedures such as mallet finger pinning, mass excisions, fracture reductions, open carpal tunnel and trigger finger releases, and tendon repairs. Additionally, you will perform independent procedures including but not limited to I&D, laceration repair, and foreign body removal. On occasion, the NP/PA may also serve as first assist in the operating room. You will collaborate closely with the team and colleagues, blending independent clinical judgment with strong teamwork to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. This position plays a vital role in the department's success, making adaptability, collaboration, and cross-functional support essential.
