About The Position
We are seeking motivated Advanced Practice Providers to join a growing Elective and Acute General Surgery program in Arkansas. This permanent opportunity offers offers a predictable schedule and excellent workâlife balance. The ideal candidate is experienced in a wide range of general surgery procedures and is interested in contributing to program growth and long-term success. Position Details Practice Type: General Surgery Trauma: None Be part of a full-time team with 2 surgeons and 3 APP's Supported opportunity to build a thriving elective practice Work Mon-Fri plus 2 weekends per month
Requirements
- FNP/ACNP or PA-C certification
- Active Arkansas medical license
- Surgery experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with experienced General Surgeons on all aspects of patient care
- Elective Clinic and operative procedures
- Inpatient post-op care and consults
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers and support staff
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered surgical care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
