Role Overview: We’re seeking a dedicated Surgical Nocturnist (PA or NP) to provide expert care across multiple high-volume services, including Hepatobiliary, Head & Neck, Colorectal, and Gastric Mixed Tumor during overnight shifts. You’ll collaborate with top-tier physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for surgical oncology patients. Requirements

Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations
NYS prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
2-3+ years of related clinical experience within oncology, preferably within surgery
Related National NP certification
BLS, ACLS
Graduate from an accredited PA program
NCCPA certification
Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure
A minimum of 2-3 years clinical oncology experience, preferably within surgery
BLS, ACLS required
A strong decision-maker, recognized for making timely decisions that drive the organization forward.
Skilled at navigating and working effectively in environments with complex or conflicting information.
Able to gain support and commitment from others by engaging them with your perspective and priorities.
An effective communicator, comfortable interacting with diverse teams and patient populations.
