About The Position

Under the direct supervision of the Practice Administrator and operating surgeon, the Surgical First Assist is responsible for providing direct assistance to surgeons during operative procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and safety. The Surgical First Assist collaborates with the surgical team, maintains a sterile environment, and supports preoperative and postoperative patient care. This position requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Surgical First Assist must demonstrate professionalism and adhere to Ogden Clinic's mission, vision, and values.
