Requirements

• Proficiency in medical and surgical terminology.
• A minimum of two years of previous robotic surgical assisting experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Certified First Assistant (CFA) or Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA) designation preferred.
• Ability to travel to all clinics and surgical centers of MNU.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various clinical tasks in both hospital operating rooms and freestanding outpatient surgery centers.
• Prepare the patient and the operating room.
• Pass instruments and provide essential support during surgeries.
• Apply sutures and manage wound dressings.
• Assist with sponging and hold retractors.
• Engage in hemostasis and wound treatment.
