We are seeking a skilled, professional, and patient-focused team member to assist in sophisticated surgical procedures, including IV sedation. What You’ll Do As a Surgical Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that surgical procedures run smoothly while delivering a safe and comfortable experience for patients.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of surgical dental assisting experience
- Experience with IV sedation is required
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- 2 years of surgical dental assisting experience, in oral surgery.
- Must be able to do IV sedation
Responsibilities
- Assisting the dentist during surgical procedures, including IV sedation
- Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and surgical equipment
- Ensuring patient comfort and safety before, during, and after procedures
- Maintaining accurate patient records and surgical documentation
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure a high standard of care and efficiency
