About The Position

The Surgical Core Technician is responsible for providing support to surgical teams by preparing and maintaining surgical inventory and equipment. They ensure that all supplies are prepared and available and instruments are properly sterilized and in working order for each procedure. Additionally, they may assist with setting up operating rooms. This role involves coordinating with various departments and vendors, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Surgical Technologist (ST).
• At least two years of experience as a Sterile Processing Technician or Surgical Technologist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, may be obtained upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Supply Chain experience preferred.
• Surgical Technologist certification (NCCT TS-C or NBSTSA CST) preferred.
• Experience with EPIC preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
