22 Plastic Surgery is seeking a polished, highly skilled Surgical Technician to join our premier aesthetic surgery team. Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Current CST certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of surgical experience required; plastic or cosmetic surgery experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced understanding of surgical instrumentation and sterile technique.
  • Strong ability to anticipate needs and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor.
  • High level of discretion and respect for patient privacy.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain a pristine, sterile surgical environment for all procedures.
  • Anticipate surgeon needs with efficiency and precision, ensuring seamless intraoperative flow.
  • Set up operating rooms with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all instruments and supplies meet the highest standards.
  • Assist in a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, including facial, breast, and body surgeries.
  • Perform accurate surgical counts and uphold strict safety protocols at all times.
  • Handle surgical instruments with care, ensuring proper sterilization and organization.
  • Assist with patient positioning, preparation, and draping with a focus on both safety and dignity.
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control, AAAASF standards, and practice protocols.
  • Monitor and manage surgical inventory to ensure readiness without disruption to workflow.
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and nursing staff to deliver a cohesive, high-touch experience.
