About The Position

The Consignment Service Technician at Enovis plays a crucial role in the Field Services Team, focusing on transforming patient care in the orthopedic setting through effective management of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) consignment locations. This position involves maintaining inventory, evaluating customer needs, and collaborating with sales and operations to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with inventory and/or customer service.
  • General working knowledge of customer service-related practices required.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
  • Must satisfy third-party credentialing requirements to gain access to hospital accounts.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with inventory management software and/or order processing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned territory to achieve service goals.
  • Maintain inventory and related documentation for DME consignment locations.
  • Perform routine evaluations of customer clinic needs and collaborate with Sales and Inventory Teams to improve DME consignment program performance.
  • Maintain operational targets/metrics and collaborate with Sales and Operations to overcome challenges.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, responding to business scenarios and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, and HIPAA.
