ABOUT OUR PRACTICE Multi-location Ambulatory Surgery Centers High-volume podiatric, vascular, and limb-preservation procedures Collaborative environment between surgeons, anesthesia, nursing, and leadership Strong focus on quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes Forward-thinking leadership with continued growth and expansion POSITION SUMMARY The Surgical Technologist will assist surgeons and the OR team by preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile field, anticipating surgeon needs, and ensuring safe, efficient surgical flow from case start to close.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
  • CST certification preferred (or eligible)
  • Minimum 1–2 years ASC or OR experience (preferred)
  • Experience with podiatry, orthopedic, or vascular cases is a strong plus
  • Strong knowledge of sterile technique and OR workflows
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment

Responsibilities

  • Prepare operating rooms with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment
  • Maintain strict sterile technique throughout procedures
  • Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments efficiently
  • Assist with podiatric, orthopedic, vascular, and interventional procedures
  • Handle instruments, sutures, implants, and surgical equipment
  • Perform surgical counts with circulator
  • Assist with patient positioning and prep
  • Support room turnover and case efficiency
  • Follow all ASC policies, safety standards, and infection-control protocols
