Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical office setting
- Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills
- Friendly, dependable, and motivated to succeed
- A natural people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous surgery scheduling experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key point of contact for patients as they prepare for surgery
- Collect and coordinate all documentation needed to schedule procedures
- Communicate professionally and proactively with surgery centers, physicians, and internal team members
- Help ensure a seamless and reassuring patient experience from consultation to surgery
