We need professionals who share our vision and he commitment to see it through. As a Surgery Scheduler with OrthoArizona, you will get to: Schedule, coordinate, and reschedule surgeries. Communicate necessary information to patients, staff, and physicians. Verify necessary information and records information in patient's medical record. Coordinate necessary equipment, surgical assists, and anesthesia relative to surgeries. Maintain and updates physician's calendars. Answer telephone, screens calls, clears voicemail, returns patient calls in a timely manner. Answer questions regarding patient's upcoming surgeries. Update patient information. Prepare surgical packet materials. Assist in training and orienting of new staff.
