Position Summary • Responsible for scheduling patients for surgical procedures at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale and the Clinic Ambulatory Surgical Center within guidelines set forth by each surgeon and schedule and coordinate all appointments necessary. Responsibilities

• Scheduling Surgical Procedures with Appropriate Units
• Coordinating Providers Clinic and OR Schedules
• Coordinating with Patients to Ensure Proper Scheduling
• Providing Education to Patients Regarding Their Procedure
• Documenting and completing appropriate and pertinent Information in a Standardized Manner
• All other duties as required
