About The Position
At Bon Secours Mercy Health, we are dedicated to continually improving health care quality, safety and cost effectiveness. The primary function of this position involves coordinating the scheduling of surgical cases in various settings, including ambulatory surgery, main OR, and endoscopy. The role also includes assisting with prior authorization for scheduled procedures, communicating scheduling information with providers, clinic staff, and patients, and providing front-office support duties such as obtaining referrals, collecting co-pays, and scheduling appointments. The individual will model the mission and values of Bon Secours Medical Group.
