About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Surgery Sales Manager to lead sales strategies, enhance patient retention, and oversee the performance of the surgery sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in sales, team leadership, and market analysis to drive revenue and improve patient experience.

Requirements

  • 2 years of management experience.
  • 2 years of sales experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5+ years of sales experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, med spa, or aesthetic medicine.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue from surgery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee and analyze consultation and follow-up processes to maximize conversion rates.
  • Generate and share detailed sales reports for surgeons and locations, tracking monthly and quarterly performance.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management:
  • Lead, coach, and assess sales consultant performance to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Conduct quarterly and year-end reviews for the sales consultant team.
  • Provide ongoing sales training, including handling objections, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.
  • Set and track goals, providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
  • Work closely with surgeons and sales consultants on conversion rates.
  • Marketing & Promotional Strategy:
  • Partner with the marketing team to create campaigns, in-office graphics, and special promotions.
  • Organize and execute large-scale company-wide sales events, coordinating specials, and appointment flow.
  • Work with vendors and reps to strategically manage inventory, secure discounts, and utilize buy-in opportunities.
