About The Position

We are looking for a Surgery Director. This role provides leadership for surgery/outpatient services, focusing on goal setting, problem-solving, resource management, and outcome achievement. The director coordinates collaborative interdisciplinary strategies and processes to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards and provides safe practices in all aspects of patient care activities. Additionally, the director ensures that the surgery area and outpatient areas are following state and federal regulations. The role also includes all other duties required by the CNO.

Requirements

• Graduate of board approved school of nursing
• BLS
• ACLS
• Current Arkansas or compact state RN licensure
• A minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of 2 years management experience preferred
