Surgery Circulator RN
About The Position
The Surgery Circulator RN provides direct patient care to pediatric through geriatric patient populations. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients undergoing surgical/endo procedures. The RN communicates continuously and as needed with surgeons about patient conditions, assists with procedures, and helps maintain equipment and inventory. They also participate in performance improvement activities and ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements, nursing, and Hospital policies, procedures, and standards. Pre-operative and post-operative experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Illinois
- Current BLS Certification
- Current ACLS Certification
- At least 1 years of experience in nursing
