About The Position
We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) Breast Surgeon to join an established practice in Oroville, California. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to work alongside two general surgeons, one of whom specializes in breast surgery. The role includes a mix of clinic days and the potential to pick up Acute Care Surgery (ACS) call if desired. The compensation plan is currently based on a percentage of charges for surgery and per visit for clinic, with plans to transition to a wRVU model in the future.
