This role is for a Surger in the Sewing Department at Plant #5.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to deliver uncompromising quality and detailed craftsmanship
• Ability to work full-time
• Must be flexible to work overtime when required
• Able to stand for 8 hours

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 2 years of Surger Sewing experience
• High school diploma or GED
• LEAN Manufacturing experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate a standard Surge machine and duties as assigned
• Surger Sewer surges fabric parts before and after sewer
• Aligning parts/fabric to ensure proper assembly and quality levels
• Fixing own repairs while ensuring quality, efficiency, and production levels
• Maintaining a clean/neat workstation
• All other duties as assigned
