What You Will Do: You will prepare a variety of complex surface prep and repair operations on aero-engine turbine airfoil components, including FIC and FCC furnace operations, EBPVD, APS, and LPPS coatings operations, braze operations or other surface treatment or preparation operations May include grit blasting, masking, blending, and other routine tasks as assigned You will perform troubleshooting and assist maintenance with TPM and/or routine maintenance. You will train others on the appropriate surface prep and repair operations for which you are experienced and perform as a Subject Matter expert You will perform any aspect of this role in assigned area to improve personal development. Will perform unrelated duties as may be necessary to support the needs of the facility. Will perform job in compliance with all environmental, health, and safety rules, procedures and policies. Positive Relationships You will complete tasks at the highest level of safety awareness This position is 2nd shift (4x10).
