The Surface SONAR Technician at Amentum supports MARMC Codes 286/287 at Naval Station Norfolk, performing standardized assignments involving a sequence of related operations. This role includes technical support, system testing, inspection, repair, and assessment of Sonar Systems and equipment on US Navy and Foreign Military ships, as well as land-based facilities. The technician will work with various sonar systems and must be proficient in drafting technical reports and using Microsoft Office applications.
