As an Autonomy Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team of engineers delivering Surface Loading Application Onboard Autonomous Systems. This team needs a strong leader who understands autonomous systems as well as people leadership. Additionally, they will help plan, direct and lead engineering staff and activities to ensure projects comply with established policies and objectives.

A Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Prior experience leading or managing engineering (Software/Hardware/Systems) teams.
Ability to interface with customers to understand business objective and make technical decisions as it relates to project deliverables.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the Construction or Mining Industry
Proven experience in Product Development for Wheel Loaders, Excavators, Hydraulic Mining Shovels or Tracked Loaders preferred
Proven experience in Product Development for Autonomous Vehicles preferred
