Requirements

• Previous experience using surface grinding tools is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
