About The Position
Surface Experts is seeking a Sales Representative to strengthen and build our customer base in Charleston and the surrounding area. As a Surface Experts Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers. We are looking for someone who lives out our core values of Serving Others, Being a Problem Solver and Trusting the Process. Although preferred, prior sales experience is not required - we will train you! You must be comfortable with, and willing to meet new people, cold calling on a few potential customers who haven't heard of our services yet, re-visiting repeat customers who use our services regularly to keep the relationship fresh and strong, and truly believing that the services we offer is a help to our customers, and you demonstrate 100% confidence that we are offering something completely beneficial for them! This isn't selling widgets to someone who isn't interested, this is introducing a service that our customers need and want but may not have known was available previously, as we are a specialized service provider that is unique to the area.
