Requirements
- Apprentice graduate, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 4 years of applicable technical experience.
- Related Apprentice certification (i.e. NDT, Dimensional Control) & 0 Years.
- Master’s degree and 2 years relevant experience.
- 4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree.
- 8 years related non-exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree and experience.
Nice To Haves
- This candidate should have a working level knowledge of UT/VT inspection processes and principles across the various programs.
- The candidate should have considerable knowledge of the safety, security, and execution requirements for NDT.
- The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to build and lead teams within their own organization.
- Also, must be able to obtain/ maintain a minimum of a confidential DoD security clearance.
