The position involves assisting Project & Business Managers and Project Management Analysts in their duties, providing mentoring and coaching, conducting performance reviews, and leading innovation on process and tools improvements. The role includes supervising, mentoring, and managing workload among a specific group, developing and presenting project and program performance reports, and providing analytical and operational support to Project & Construction Management (P&CM). Responsibilities also include preparing comprehensive reports to support business operations, coordinating financial and schedule risks, and representing Project Controls in various processes. The position may require extended hours during emergencies.
