About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of contracted service solutions to ensure client satisfaction. This includes providing exceptional technical support, maintaining high quality standards for custom configurations, managing a team of technicians and material handlers, and working to streamline all day-to-day business practices related to quoting, vendor warranty, trade-ins and more. As the Supervisor Services, you will be a driving force behind innovative solutions that take a client's business to the next level! You will get to: Coordinate personnel and processes within the operations area. Manage daily activities, assess the efficiency, and implement changes as necessary. Develop business practices to address the needs of Service Delivery, including efficient planning, forecasting, and resource management. Build and maintain relationships with all departments for effective communication and collaboration. Work closely with Service Management to deliver an integrated solution adhering to industry best practices. Provide support for both internal and external customers, monitoring activities to maintain highest level of customer satisfaction. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 1+ years of related field service operations experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and team player.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in SAP.
