About The Position

Coordinates the day-to-day operations for the Safety, Security, & Parking department, to include scheduling, counseling, and disciplining of assigned personnel while ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors and staff. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two (2-3) years supervisory in a comparable security, parking, or customer service operation.
  • Must possess a driver's license and be insurable by HH standards.
  • Must have the following within initial 90 days of employment: Heart Saver CPR certification Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) certification
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills needed with the ability to enforce policies in an assertive, yet courteous manner.
  • Must possess some computer skills with ability to use word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer degree in law, law enforcement or business related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience in health care setting preferred.
