Responsible for the coordination and successful completion of digital product development projects within the Customer Experience (CX) Program. Ensures all CX initiatives align with and promote ARUP’s strategic goals for client-facing digital solutions. Establishes and enforces program and project management processes specifically for the CX Program, focusing on best practices in product management, business analysis, and user experience (UX) design. Supervises Business Analysts who also serve as Product Owners and UX Designers, guiding their work to deliver high-impact digital solutions for ARUP clients.
