Manages performance of staff which could include clinical and lab through competency assessment, training and feedback. Partners with the practice manager on achievement of business and financial goals of the practice. Successfully demonstrates the three organizational leadership competencies of: building effective teams; process management and prioritization. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or a BSN completion program with an anticipated graduation date within a time frame to be agreed upon, not to exceed 4 years from hire date required.
• 2+ years outpatient clinical experience with preference in Pediatrics required.
• Proficiency with the use of personal computers and an electronic medical record.
• Good organizational and patient relation skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced patient load while paying attention to detail.
• High level of communication skills necessary for assessment of patient concerns and processing referrals for appropriate medical care.
• Ability to read, interpret and enact policies and procedures.
• Ability to stand and walk approximately 75% of the work time.
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council required.
• License RN-Registered Nurse (30) - State of Wisconsin required.

• 1+ years supervisory or other leadership experience preferred.
