Enbridge Gas Ohio has a Gas Operations Supervisor position available at the Lima, OH location. Are you an effective communicator who is highly adaptable with strong leadership and organizational skills? Apply today! Here’s what you will do: Support operational performance goals. Directly lead, supervise and develop a team of unionized employees to ensure work execution is performed safely, to quality standards and meets all required service and reliability levels. Schedule, assign, and monitor the work of service personnel, crews and contractors. Conduct job site observations. Ensure proper work methods are followed and that new employees receive adequate/appropriate training. Works closely with local Operations staff to ensure effective work completion for all required Operations, Maintenance, and Compliance work. Utilize ESRI, Salesforce, ARCOS, SAP, OCS and Microsoft applications, etc. Manage escalated customer complaints or service issues. Monitor budget goals and employee productivity. Ensure safety and environmental precautions are followed. Perform other duties as requested or assigned. After hours overtime and weekend on call duty required. Please note: This position is subject to emergency callouts where you will have emergency duty supervisor responsibilities after hours and over the weekend and is subject to pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screening. For callout purposes, the successful candidate must live within one hour of the operating area.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of directly related experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years directly related experience with an Associate's degree OR 7+ years of directly related experience with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
