This position serves as a leader and upholds the St Jude Culinary Standards and Values of Teamwork, Communication, and Professionalism. Overall responsibility will include leadership in the following areas: patient services, retail operations, dish room/sanitation, purchasing/receiving, or Starbucks. 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm, Monday – Friday, alternating weekends
