Requirements

High School diploma or GED required
Previous housekeeping experience required; experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Responsibilities

Interview and hire staff for the department, and train new housekeeping staff to perform their duties; post work schedules and cleaning schedules
Ensure facility is kept clean at all times; make daily rounds of the facility to ensure that areas needing attention are cared for by the staff responsible for the area
Maintain budget for supplies
