About The Position

Floor Lead Supervisor will be responsible for leading the stocking operations of Concessions locations at Energizer Park. Overall duties include following planograms, ensuring beverage product is being properly rotated, stocking and cleaning coolers and liquor cages, completing tasks in an efficient manner, as well as other responsibilities outlined by the Concessions Management Team.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute all concessions decisions made by the Concessions Management Team.
• Ensure that cooler planograms are being followed, proper inventory levels are being maintained, and product is being rotated.
• Ensure "show quality" standards are maintained at all times.
• Understand all product offerings, packaging, and pricing.
• Ensure liquor cages are being restocked and inventory levels are being maintained.
• Establish rapport with event day team members and other supervisors.
• Respond and assist with guest service issues.
• Lead and delegate tasks to team members.
• Ensure that all coolers are being organized according to fixed planograms and that beverage product is being stocked/rotated accordingly.
• Show strong leadership abilities in heading a stocking team to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.
• Familiarize yourself with Levy offerings and coordinate with managers to make improvements.
